Thank you for your purchase from ShamRock Miniature Schnauzers Kennel (ShamRock). We strive to provide quality, healthy, happy well-socialized pets. We offer a life-threatening guarantee for the first year of your puppy’s life. Please understand that this refers only to life-threatening conditions. ShamRock must be notified immediately of any life-threatening condition of the purchased puppy. If you choose to euthanize the purchased pup before contacting ShamRock this guarantee is void. If necessary the said puppy will have a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer's expense. ShamRock has the right to access all medical information.

Examples of conditions not covered by this health guarantee.

● Hypoglycemia- dehydration- diarrhea

● Parasitic infection - skin infections

● Deaf - blindness

● Hip dysplasia- hernias

● Liver shunts

We do not guarantee the size, color, or breeding capability. The provisions of the guarantee shall be interpreted and constructed in accordance with the laws and statutes of the state of Louisiana. The venue for any litigation concerning this guarantee will be limited to New Orleans, Louisiana under a non-jury proceeding. We do not give refunds, the puppy will be replaced with another puppy of equal value if necessary. This contract is non-transferable.
